forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred after runing wrf.exe for a period.

I was runing wrf with UCM and I increased values of building height, road width in URBANPARM.TBL and after the simulation time reached 6 hours from start time, this error occured and program crashed. I run it using 18 cores. Why does increasig values in URBPARM.TBL cause wrf.exe crash? I also noticed that warnings about TBOUND exceed limit in rsout file.

Take a look at this previous post that discusses a similar issue with modifying the parameters and see if that is any help to you. You may need to look in the code mentioned in the response and calculate whether your values make sense.
