How do I set turbulent orographic form drag scheme in WRF？

I recently came across a paper titled "Implementation of a turbulent orographic form drag scheme in WRF and its application to the Tibetan Plateau." According to the paper, this scheme offers reduced biases and provides clear dynamical control over regional atmospheric water recharge. However, I couldn't find any specific guidance on how to modify or implement the turbulent orographic form drag scheme in the WRF user guide. Has anyone here had experience with this and can provide some guidance? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
