How to control the sources of URBAN parameters in the wrfinpt file, such as "BUILD_AREA_FRACTION, Z0_URB2D, etc."

Hello everyone, I am a student who has just started learning WRF URBAN. I downloaded the "UCPs dataset for 60 Chinese cities" from the Harvard University data website. During the geogrid step, I replaced all the data sources related to URBAN in GEOGRID.TBL with this dataset. All the WPS steps ran normally, and both geo_em*.nc and met_em*.nc contained the URB_PARAM variable (with num_urb_params = 132).
However, after the "wrf real.exe" step, in the generated "wrfinput" file, all the values of "FRC_URB2D" are either 0 or 0.9, and other variables related to roughness, such as "Z0_URB2D", are all 0. In my namelist.input file, the value of sf_urban_physics is set to 1, and the value of surface_input_source is also set to 1.
If I set 'slucm_distributed_drag' to '.true.', the 'FRC_URB2D' will be more realistic, but all the variables related to BUILD, such as 'BUILD_HEIGHT' and 'MH_URB2D', have been set to 0.
I may not yet have a thorough understanding of the source settings for the URBAN parameter. I am eager to receive help and answers from everyone. Thank you!
