How to set the time for invariables in the namelist.wps

As I understand that we need to not only link the pressure and surface level data, we also need to link the invariables. For ERA5 input, the invariables are the landsea mask and the geopotential as well as the ERA5_INVARIANT, how to set the start and end time in the namelist.wps for the ERA5_INVARIANT?
