How WRF calculated output variables

Hi Everyone,
I am curious about how wrf calculated the output variables. I found module_mp_wsm6.F file under 'phys' directory. Which provides the theoretical background and related equations with references about the WSM6 microphysics scheme. My question is, where can i find similar documentation that explains how wrf calculates meteorological variables? ( for example, potential temperature, T2, Q2, U, V, HFX, LH etc)
