i can not get refl_10cm variables in wrfout. can you suggest me how to make it?

unfortunately the file takes up 24 GB for 3 days.
I would be grateful if you could recommend a method of uploading this large file.
but I'm adding the header part.

you can read the wrfout file by nc, then read the variables of the dataset to get it.
