Hello,
I am running the idealized LES simulation distributed with WRF. I am trying to run a very high resolution simulation that requires very high frequency output (on the order of seconds). I am unable to make the model output the history in increments any shorter than 1 minute. I have set the namelist variable:
history_interval_s = 10,
I have removed the variable history_interval_m that was there. It still only writes to the wrfout file every 1 minute. No matter what I set this to. Is there a workaround to this? I haven't really seen this problem before in real cases; so is this something that is a function of the ideal case? (I.e. am I going to need to go into the source code and activate something?)
