Is NoahMP included in WRF-4.5.2.tar.gz?

Hello,
I was trying to upgrade from 4.5.1 to 4.5.2 but got the error:
Error Error Error NoahMP submodule files not populating WRF directories
I'm aware that this error usually originates from the WRF installation files not including the NoahMP submodule. I'm using WRF-4.5.2.tar.gz (from Release WRF Version 4.5.2 (Bug-fix Release) · wrf-model/WRF) and was wondering if this package is incomplete (before troubleshooting other potential problems).

Apparently NoahMP is included in v4.5.2.tar.gz but not in WRF-4.5.2.tar.gz.

Where did you download WRF-4.5.2.tar.gz?
