is QVAPOR same as Specific Humidity

Hi,
In WRF, QVAPOR is the water vapor mixing ratio, which is the ratio of the mass of water vapor to the mass of dry air, while specific humidity is the ratio of the mass of water vapor to the total mass of the air.
