Is there any way to get an unstaggered ouptut without postprocessing?

Is there any way you can modify the output to get directly unstaggered 3D variables (like U, V, T, W etc).

Also is there any way of obtaining height levels on the output instead of pressure ones?

PS: I do not mean the U10, V10 and T2, I already know you can do that
