Katrina Data in Online tutorial

Hi,

I am trying to simulate Katrina as it is in the NCAR tutorial and can you tell me where to download the correct data (ave data)? I have downloaded the data from NCAR repository and its not taking the same namelist variables mentioned in the exercise.

The data is saved in our classroom machine and I don't think you can access it from outside NCAR.

However, you can download any analysis data that covers the domain area to drive WRF and run this case. For example,you can get FNL data from
https://rda.ucar.edu/datasets/ds083.2/

if you use FNL data, please remember to ungrib the data with Vtable.GFS
