MCT "make" error --mpif.h

I try to install MCT from COAWST/Lib/MCT, When I compile it, I report an error:
M_MPIF.F90: 60: Error: Canon Included File 'Mpif.h';

it seems that it is not found. But when I installed WRF, I installed MPich in Libraries. I don’t know how to set it to make the installation continue.

Unfortunately this issue is specific to your environment and/or to the COAWST program, and not to the WRF model. I would suggest contacting a COAWST support person, or a systems administrator at your institution for help with this.
