Missing ATCF output in rsl.out.0000

When I run wrf.exe, I found that my rsl.out.000 didn't have ATCF data even if I compile wrf in vortex following. Can someone teach me how to solve the problem? Thanks so much.
My namelist.input and rsl.out.0000 are attached below.

But I used to use default variables in my namelist, ATCF can be output successfully. Why it doesn't work now? I analyzed the wind field plot and found that there was a obvious vortex like the picture.
