Moist idealized baroclinic wave test case produces NaNs

Hi Ming,

I am still getting NaNs when running the moist case for the idealized baroclinic wave. I am using the newest version of the model and only changed logical, parameter :: moisture = .true in the subroutine found in mpas_init_atm_cases.F. I am also using the newest version of the jw_baroclinic_wave tar file. I have attached my namelists and output logs to show what I have been working with on my latest run. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to successfully run the model for the moist case of the idealized baroclinic wave.

I attach the the data, namelista and streams files for you to try. Pease run this case with the modified code I sent to you on June 17. The MPAS verison is V8.3.1

Sorry I cannot attach the input data. It is too large. Please run with the x1.40962.grid.nc as input. Let me know whether this works for you.
