Ndown WRFV4.0

Hi,

I’m using one way nesting with ndown.exe following the instructions in the user guide. I run ndown.exe without error but I have noticed that the T field in the new wrfinput is constat (all values are 0).
I have used the same namelists with WRFV3.7.1 (except hybrid levels) and ndown.exe works fine!

Can you help me? Could be a bug?
