netcdf compilation error

Dear Colleges,

Please help me to find out the error when I try to compile the netcdf library. Please find attached the two log files.

Unfortunately our team does not manage or support netCDF. You'll need to discuss your issue with either a systems administrator at your institution, or contact someone who manages netCDF. I apologize for the inconvenience.
