observation as ./ob.ascii is not reading in WRFDA. However, obs_gts.3dvar was successful.

Prepbufr data assimilation is working properly.
When I tried to assimilate AWS data (SYNOP) only, I have 0.0 difference at 00UTC. But there are differences at 01 and 02 UTC.
Please check attached files (difference array at 00 and 01 UTC, wrfda rsl.out.0000 and diffwrf command results).
Please give me your suggestion

Hello Litta,

Based on the images you showed there is a difference between the files as you have a RMSE value. Again the differences might be slight but they are present. You also showed there were observations assimilated. The only other thing I can think of is you have a low ntmax which means your model did not properly converge, however even then I've noticed differences with a low ntmax before.
