Perturbing lateral boundary conditions

Hi all,
I wish to learn more about perturbing lateral boundary conditions using WRF-VAR/ WRF. Any leads with this regard are highly appreciated.
 
I have moved this question to the WRFDA Miscellaneous section, as it is pertaining to WRF-Var, specifically. Hopefully someone will respond to your question soon.
