Hi
I am running WRF with 200m resolution, I have TKE in the WRF output files, but it is 0 everywhere. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why this is the case? The model runs without blowing up. I am using the MYJ PBL scheme and I have deactivated the convective scheme for domains d03 (1 Km) and d04 (200m). Some of the parameterizations I use are:

cu_physics = 2, 2, 0, 0,
bl_pbl_physics = 2, 2, 2, 0,
sf_sfclay_physics = 2, 2, 2, 2,
sf_surface_physics = 2, 2, 2, 2,
&dynamics
diff_opt = 2, 2, 2, 2,
km_opt = 4, 4, 4, 3,
epssm = 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 0.15,
For d04 the PBL scheme is deactivated due to the sub-1Km resolution, but for d03 the PBL scheme is active, and for both domains TKE is 0 everywhere.
