Problems in GrADS

Dear colleagues and users of the WRF model, I am part of an institutional team at the National Institute of Forestry, Agricultural and Livestock Research of Mexico, a non-profit institution with research lines focused on the sustainability of natural capital. We are implementing the WRF model, following the installation instructions precisely. The model runs well and generates the graphs we require. The problem is that these graphs are generated without content (file attached). We have identified that the problem lies with GRADS. We are currently stuck at this stage and are requesting your support in establishing this inval


When generating the image, I get an error in the colorbar.gs file, but I can't find the file and it doesn't exist. We already tried using cbar.gs, but it didn't work either.

We no longer use Grads to visualize WRF outputs.

I wonder whether you can switch to Python, which is actively developed in NCAR to support WRF studies. Please see the website here, which provides detailed instruction and sample scripts to process WRF data.
