Problems with different values of rows, columns, and dimensions for each variable

Hi,

After setting e_we = 131, e_sn = 131, and e_vert = 24 in the namelist.input, the results obtained were confirmed by matlab. Why aren't rows and columns of U,V,W equal to 131? Also, aren't the dimensions of U,V and W equal to 24?

This is because WRF-ARW implements staggered grid structure. Please take a look at the document that describes in detail the grid structure:
