If a user provides the same terrain data, weather data, namelist.wps, and namelist.input options, would the wrfout_d0* files generated when running WRF always be identical?

Does having different compiler and library versions lead to significant variations in results? I'm curious about the extent of sensitivity to compiler and library versions.
There can be minor differences, and over time, those can grow larger. I can't really quantify the differences, but you could run a test to determine that, if you wanted.
