Questions regarding the Noah-MP land surface model used by WRF

I try to make some modifications to the WRF version 3.8.1 and I am a bit confused about the Noah-MP land surface model that it is using. These questions are:

  1. What are the inputs for the Noah-MP in WRF? Are they the same as the land surface data used by WRF?
  2. For WRF version 3.8.1, does the Noah-MP in it contains a dynamic crop growth model?
 
Please seems answers below:

(1) If you run WRF with NoahMP, you need some extra static data. Please use GEOGRID.TBL.ARW.noahmp when running geogrid.
(2) the dynamics crop option doesn't really work well. The developer has left out group and no further supper is available for this capability.
