I am using v.3.6.1 of WRF. Section 1.2 of the technical notes for v3 states that water vapor mixing ratio can optionally be a prognostic variable.
Q: Is it by default prognostic or diagnostic? I would like to know whether I have it set as prognostic or diagnostic in my system since I did not knowingly change any settings for this variable.
