Hello, I'm doing some offshore modelling and am not explicitly using a custom SST product. The metgrid files however include SST data. I'm curious where this data comes from. I assume it comes from somewhere in the geog data, but do you know which package specifically?
 
SST comes from the large-scale forcing data. For example, if you ungrib GFS products to drive WRF, SST in met_em is from GFS.
