(RESOLVED) geogrid.exe error: could not open path-to-wps_geog/index

I am trying to run WPS on Cheyenne, but I submit my job for geogrid I get this error message.
Processing domain 1 of 3
ERROR: Could not open ~wrfhelp/WPS_GEOG/topo_2m/index

Can you please help? The namelist.wps and geogrid.log is attached

Hi,
You need to actually use the full path in your namelist.wps file. Try setting
geog_data_path = '/glade/work/wrfhelp/WPS_GEOG'
and see if that helps.
