when I run global WRF use 2 nesting.I met this issue
ERROR: Error in ext_pkg_open_for_write_begin.

Hi,
This error is discussed in several other threads in this forum. If you use the "Search" tool at the top, you should be able to find other conversations with solutions.

Hello, I'm experiencing this same problem with metgrid. I checked the other threads about this topic in this forum, but any solution worked.

I attached my namelist and log files.

Can you please open a new thread in the wps section of the forum? Since you probably have a different computer set up then the previous post it will help keep the issues seperate

I have this same error as stated in above metgrid.log. I don't have this issue when running without LANDSEA.mask.
