Running MPAS in parallel with tropical refinement mesh (60-15 km)

I was trying to set up a simulation using the 60-15 km tropical refinement mesh (x4.1572866) provided on the website, but after downloading the mesh, I find that there are no part files. How is this mesh meant to be ran in parallel? Any help appreciated!

You should have the file x6.999426.tar.gz for 60-10km mesh. After unzip and untar this file, you can find x6.999426.graph.info.part. files.

Please try again and let me know if you still have issues.

I'm a bit confused by this response. Am I supposed to be able to use the x6.999426.graph.info.part. files with the tropical refinement mesh? Or am I supposed to test that I can run the 60-10 km mesh?

I am sorry for the mistake I made about the mesh. What I mentioned is the 60-10km mesh, not the 60-15km mesh. And we cannot use x6.999426.graph.info.part. files for the 60-15km mesh.

The 60-15km mesh posted in the website is x4.1572866.tar, which only contains two files: grid.nc and x x4.1572866.graph.info.In this case, you need to create x4.1572866.graph.info.part. files. Please see instructions in Section 4.1 of MPAS User Guide

if you have issues to create the graph.info files, I will create these files for you. But this may take some time because I am out of office and will be back in late June.
