Hi All:

Just want to know before compiling WRF4.0 that the standard dataset available for conus2.5 on the link
( http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/WG2/benchv3/#_Toc212961289 ) will work with WRF4.0 binary or not.

If not is there standard dataset (wrfbdy, wrfrst, namelist.input) for WRF4 is available somewhere on the web to download?

Hi,
I'm not sure about that particular dataset, as it's VERY old, but if you use a case from one of these pages, they should work (you may need to modify the namelist a bit, depending on the case you choose):
