The exchange coefficients are computed in the surface layer and PBL schemes. For example, in the MYJ PBL, it is calculated in the routine phys/module_sf_myjsfc.F, and for the YSU PBL, it is calculated in phys/module_sf_sfclay.F. The variable names are chs, chs2, and cqs2.
