tslist vertical profile staggering

Are the vertical profiles in tslist output vertically staggered? It appears that geopotential height is on the vertically staggered grid, because the lowest level coincides with the surface elevation. Are the remaining variables at staggered or unstaggered levels? Have the horizontal velocities been horizontally destaggered? Thanks.
 
The vertical profiles in tslist output are vertically staggered.
Horizontal velocities are interpolated to the specified locations. Hence they can be regarded as "horizontally destaggered".
