I'm looking for contact information for Russ Treadon and Michael Baldwin who worked on developing the code used in the UPP WRF post-processor software for producing the radiative and surface flux products. Paul - I found the names of two developers in the documentation section of the UPP subroutine SURFCE. The names are Michael Baldwin and Russ Treadon. I was able to contact Russ by email using information provided by WenMeng in the online forum at: UPP developer contact information needed · NOAA-EMC UPP · Discussion #1128. Russ provided the answer to my question. I was not able to find contact information for Michael. Good luck!
