Hello all,
WRF version 3.9 includes the use of the new "physics suite" option, conveniently providing suites of "well-tested" physics options such as "CONUS" and "TROPICAL". More here: http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wrfv3.9/updates-3.9.html
I'm having trouble finding any published work, or any documentation for that matter, which shows that the CONUS physics suite has been tested and performs well. If anyone is aware of any lit which can show that CONUS does well at certain resolutions or for certain dynamical processes, I'd really appreciate if they pointed me in that direction.
