vortex following inner domain not moving

Hi. I'm running a simulation with 2 domains, the parent domain is static and the child domain is moving. When I visualized the output using Panoply, the child domain remains "stuck" in its initial position. I was hoping that the domain will move along the map along with the vortex being tracked. I am still new to WRF model simulations and I'm hoping for some response about this

Attached below is my namelist files.

The logic for a moving nest case is that, the initial vortex should be contained in the innermost domain, which will move following the vortex.
In your case, it seems that the vortex weakened significantly before it reached the boundary and forced the domain to move.
