what's the meaning if set guv_sfc = 0.000 in fdda part of namelist.input?

Dear all,
I have a quick question.
what's the meaning if set guv_sfc = 0.000 in fdda part of namelist.input?
I know this
guv_sfc (max_dom) = 0.0003 ; nudging coefficient for sfc u and v (sec-1)
but not sure the 0.000.

Hi,
First I'd like to apologize for the long delay in response. We have been busy preparing for the WRF tutorial that's taking place this week and have gotten behind on forum inquiries.

I'm not quite sure how exactly that coefficient was calculated, or decided upon, but if you're interested in seeing how it's used in the code, take a look in phys/module_fdda_psufddagd.F
