Hi,
You should be issuing the compile command from the top-level WRF directory. You are currently in "WRF/main" and there is no "compile" executable in that directory.

The screenshot does not show any problem. It looks like the compile worked, and you will need to check the end of the compile.log file to see if WRF compiled. If not, then please attach the full compile log and the configure.wrf files. Thanks!
