where to find meta variables

New to WRF, just want to output data to analysis.
I need the meta variables, including the lat,lon, sea mask, surface height multiplied by gravitational constant, and cosine of instantaneous zenith angle.
Wonder from which part of the code I can output these variables?
 
wrfout files contain xlat, xlong, landsea (landmask), terrain height (HGT) and cosine of zenith angle (COSZEN). The above variables except COSZEN are also included in met_em and geo_em files.
