WRF-Chem compilation error in diffwrf,em_wrf and em_real with GNU compiler

Dear sir or madam,

I hope you're doing well!

I recently got stuck with compiling WRF-Chem version 3.9 using GNU compiler (configure option:34, dmpar, GNU). I have attached the screenshot of the error message and the log file for compilation.

I will highly appreciate any suggestions you might have.

are you trying to compile with kpp enabled?

I think if i read all the errors, that the hdf5 and netcdf were compiled with different mpi options. I would check and see if your library files pass these tests first.

Yes, I have the KPP enabled

can you try compiling without kpp enabled? Sometimes KPP is tricky due to the extra library requirements. That will help me narrow down the issue. As well as testing the library files using the link I posted before. IF they all pass that's a good step forward.

Sure. I tried a recpmpilation with WRF_KPP set to 0, an error appears for diffwrf and the compilation stops
