WRF Cloud on AWS - WebAPP Freezes when trying to login

Greetings.

I'm trying to use WRF Cloud following this guide: 2. System Installation — WRF Cloud 1.1.0 documentation

Apparently, the installation was successful, but when I try to login to use the app, the arrows under the "login" button start to spin and keep going without ever doing anything.

Does anyone have any idea of what could be the problem?

That system is not something that is supported by our group here at NCAR, so unfortunately we aren't able to help with this. You may want to try contacting the group that manages that site.
