Hi,
I'm not able to read the message you sent because I only know English, but based on the error message in your compile log, you need to make sure to download the new NoahMP submodule to compile WRFV4.4.1. If you are using git to clone the code, use the command

git clone --recurse-submodule https://github.com/wrf-model/WRF.git

If you are downloading the code from the GitHub website, you'll need to make sure you get either the v4.4.tar.gz file, or the v4.4.zip file. Do not choose the files named "Source Code." They do not include the mandatory NoahMP submodule.
