wrf compile error

i am trying to compile wrfv3.3 using gfortran, but failed when i compile em_real. here is my compile.log. hoping someone help me fix the problem. thank u very much.

The gfortran compiler you used is too old. Please update to newer version like v6.2 or V6.3, then try again.
Let me know if you still have problems.
