WRF Compiling problem--module files

Hi group!
I'm compiling WRF on Ubuntu 18.04.I followd the online toturial, and passed all the test. While the compiling can't finished, and the error is"
Makefile:183: recipe for target 'module_state_description.F' failed".
The log.comile file is here.Is there some configure setting I'm missing? I appreciate any help you can give me.

I found lots of errors related to automatically generated files, including module_state_description.F.
Such errors often indicate your environmental settings or libraries are wrong. Please double check your settings.

Also, which version of WRF did you use? Did you build the code in dmpar or smpar mode? Please upload your configure.wrf for me to take a look.
