wrf control run

There is no 'specific' options for WRF 'control run'. The 'control run' is often used when people do sensitivity experiments, and 'control run' is somehow served as the "base experiment" to be compared with sensitivity experiments. . Please refer to the literature and get more ideas.
 
thanks for your reply sir, we can say that the base experiments as predefined experiments setup which were already done or performed by someone ????????????????
 
If I understand your question correctly, the control run or base experiment is a test done by, for example, the author(s) of the paper that discuss the result of the test.
