Hello,
I've been trying to execute a simulation in Barcelona of the wrf-hydro program uncoupled from the wrf execution but using the wrf outputs files geo_em.d0x.nc and wrfinput_d0x.nc. For simplicity, I have tried to execute wrf_hydro.exe with idealized forcing data (FORC_TYP = 4) but something seems to go wrong as I get the message: emmited longwave <0; skin T may be wrong due to inconsistent input of SHDFAC with LAI.
I guess the problem is the negative value of the variable FIRA, but I don't know how to solve it.
I'm trying to execute a new wrf with other physicial parameters, but I'd like to know which variables and from which files (geo_em.d0x, Fulldom_hires.nc,.. ) I should check to make sure this doesn't happen again. I really don't understand how the variables FIRE/FIRA are calculated.
I have already tried to change de time_step, DTRT and DX/DY, but nothing seems to work.
I have attached the namelists used in the wrf-hydro execution and the diagnostic file. The model works with the NoahMP LSM.
Thanks in advanced for your help.
