WRF in ideal cases

I'm new to ideal cases with WRF and have some doubts about its use.
In input_sounding only one point can be set per level or multiple points can be set in each level?
In the columns where the wind components are set, can I set the wind by hour? I mean, can I set breezes or wind changes at any minute? Is there a dynamic way to set the wind components for idealized cases?

Please can someone help me with these doubts? Thank you

Only one sounding is used as input, which implies that the initial condition is same all grid points. The sounding includes data at different levels.

No I don't think so. Wind is a prognostic variable and you shouldn't manually set it.
