WRF initial and boundary data retrieval

Dear Sir or Madam

We having difficulties in getting the above mentioned data to run our regional model from NOAA family of servers. Our Department of Information Technology has suggested that we obtain their respective IP Addresses. How do i go about that? Does anybody in this forum knows them.

They do however the person (Robert) who is supposed to assist does not respond to our e-mails.
