If you mean 'slab' seasonal simulation, then you can initialize WRF at the beginning of each summer, then run over the period of June-July-August. You do this over each year of your 10-year period, and you will have 10 summer simulations.
Because WRF is constrained by lateral boundary forcing, usually spin-up is not required.
