WRF-SFIRE Ignition bug

I am running a real simulation in WRF-SFIRE and have found that at the prescribed ignition time, multiple ignitions are initiated at seemingly random points in the domain even though I have only prescribed a single ignition. In the recent past, I have also observed this behavior in ideal cases. By experimenting with namelist parameters, I have found that reducing the timestep can prevent some of these random ignitions from occurring but this is not fixing the fact that the single prescribed ignition is still not appearing as expected. Has anyone else experienced these ignition-related bugs before? Any suggestions on what might be going wrong? For reference, I have attached my namelist file.
