WRF stops in the middle of the execution

Hello, I am testing a new physics parameterization with WRF in a nested domain in Central America.
I have already used this parameterization when working with a single domain and it was successful. However, when activating the second domain the model stops in the middle of the wrf.exe execution without giving any error. It seems that progressively the maching reduces its CPU use until it goes to 0.
I don't know if it could be related to the physics set in the namelist.input, I would appreciate if someone could check it to look for inconsistencies when using two domains.

Your namelist.input looks fine except that you should set
radt = 5, 5,

What is the error message in your rsl file?

Thanks for looking at my namelist. I set radt option different for the two domains because it is recommended to use 1 min of radt for 1 km so I used this tip for both domains (outer domain of 5 km resolution and inner domain of 1 km grid).

I think the problem was related to the maching executing the run since it just stopped without any error in the rsl file. Also it doesn't happen everytime, I'm gonna investigate more.
