WRF upgrades (data assimilation and model)

Hi community, please I am trying to understand and keep track of WRF upgrades (data assimilation and model), where can I find this information with some detail? I need to calculate a climatology, although short, but the upgrades usually introduce discontinuities in the data and make that operation impossible.
